Please help me adjust settings from OSCAR to CPAP
Hi guys, recently diagnosed with OSA with a AHI of 8.6. Have been using the CPAP for 3 days but want to make sure that I am using the right pressures. Right now it's at 6-18 with the EPR at 2.

I attached 2 nights of my data. Thank you Smile

RE: Please help me adjust settings from OSCAR to CPAP
With a pressure range of 6.0 to 16.0 and EPR 2, your therapy looks pretty good, but there is a lot of pressure variation from flow limits and a couple clusters of obstructive apnea. Based on these charts, I think moving the minimum pressure to 7.0, maximum 11.0 and EPR at 3 might dial you in a bit better and give you some quieter results. For starting out, your time in therapy and results are good. I think these revised settings will help pressure to settle and be more consistent, with less disruption to your sleep.
