[Treatment] Weird Flow Rate/Minute Vent

Weird Flow Rate/Minute Vent
Hi,

I've gotten my AHI down below 5, but still note significant fatigue after waking up. I have periods of flagged variable breathing where my flow rate is incredibly disordered, and I'm not sure what setting changes would fix it. Currently using Auto BiLevel 4-12 PS 2.5-5 BiFlex Off. Other than that, my minute ventilation drops below 5 L/min over 40 times a night, and goes over 10 L/min over 20 times a night which I think is odd(while my leak rate is 0). Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Can provide any additional screenshots

Thanks

RE: Weird Flow Rate/Minute Vent
Welcome Minute ventilation is tidal volume x respiratory rate (averages).  Your tidal volume was around 360 and respiratory rate around 16, so 360 x 16 = 5.7  That is close to average for a male, but maybe a little low.

Your tidal volume is a little low on average (your median value of 360).

It is abnormal to have minute vent drop 40 times below 5.0 and go above 10.0 20 times.  That is some serious periodic breathing IMO.

The best settings change might be to raise your PS max more.  It is at 5.0   Raise it to 7.5 and then 10.0 and see if the extra pressure support helps smooth out your minute vent during sleep.
