Please help, I am out of ideas. Most nights, I take my mask off in my sleep and only manage an hour or 2 of usage. BUT- randomly every couple of months, without changing anything, I will go 3-4 days with 6-8 hours of usage! And right when I think I've turned the corner on compliance, without any changes, I go back to only an hour- or sometimes even 30 min!
I've looked through the forum and tried solutions that worked for other people:
My current pressure is set to min 5 and max 14. I've tried upping the minimum pressure, all the way up to 12, and it doesn't help (and maybe makes things worse).
My EPR is set to 3, had been set to 1 but the change made no difference. Ramp up is 20 min. I don't feel like I can't breathe or not getting enough air any time I'm aware of. I have been using this machine (Airsense 11) for a year now and my old machine for many before that.
I've tried 15 different masks of all different types/brands and have the same problem with all of them. Right now I use Resmed N30 as the easiest for me to fall asleep in and the one I am most likely to put back on if I wake up. And I CAN keep that on for up to 8 hours, but I'm not doing that most nights for some reason and it is driving me crazy!
I have even taped the mask straps to my face, with the hope that even if it doesn't keep the mask in place, it would hurt enough when I took it off to wake me up so I could put it back on, but no, I just wake up in the morning with tape in my bed. Same with using clips to clip it to my hair.
Side sleeper. 90% of the time on my right side, facing the machine. I have a cervical pillow which helped for, like, a night, but I still use it. I can't use a wrap around my neck, I get panicky when things are around my neck.
I don't mouth-breathe with the mask on. Don't wake up with dry mouth or throat so I assume the humidity is fine. The leak rate is usually small and large leaks are not clearly correlated. With the mask on, I have under 5 events an hour.
Trying to read the OSCAR data beyond the pressure and leak rate makes my head hurt. There doesn't seem to be a difference between the nights that are 2 hours versus 6 hours. I don't even know which parts to share here.
Thank for reading if you've made it this far <3 How can I keep my mask on longer??
Phelogix;
If You look up one of (Gideon)'s post He has a link to the charts You need to
include in a Oscar screen shot ..
Have You tried wearing Your mask in the evening watching TV for an hour or
so before going to bed ?? Sometimes that helps ..
That is all the help I can offer ..
Someone else should chime in with help for Your other questions ..

Show us whatever you have, it doesn't matter the hours.
First, organize a chart:
The graphs we want to see: Events, Flow Rate, Pressure, Flow Limitations and Leak rate. Include left side bar, minus calendar and pie chart.

Thank you so much for your clear instructions. My brain is just so foggy these days and the kids have all the back-to-school germs. I've attached charts from last night, a few days ago, and then one from August when I managed 7 hours somehow.
