Tube may be blocked message

Tube may be blocked message
I have been using the bleep mask for three months and it is great. The past week on two occasions I wake up and there is a message on the machine that says the tube might be blocked. I have checked all the connections and even replaced my heated tubing. Upon researching this it says it might be a rainout issue but I don’t have this problem. I sometimes get a few water droplets in the mask but is probably from my own breathing hot air in the tube. I also put a cozy wrap on my tubing.
I use a Resmed aircurve 10 vauto and it is only two years old.

Can anyone please help me with this issue?

If you overfill the humidifier chamber, enough water can blow into the tube or chamber outlet to trigger the message.

Makes sense sleeprider, but I usually only fill the humidifier chamber half way.  I use a room humidifier and I notice it doesn’t use much water throughout the night.

until this moment I would have said I don't have a rainout problem either. never had in 4 years of cpap.

recently my machine shut down a couple times, reporting a blocked tube. I attributed it to a clogged p10 vent but I can't prove it.

about the same time I was waking to substantial watery moisture on my mustache. I assumed that was also a consequence of a clogged vent.

I always figured rainout would be obvious but now I wonder; maybe it doesn't take an 'obvious' amount of water to produce an error.

I fill the chamber about once a week but don't turn it on so lately I've been using a standard unheated tube. indoor humidity is around 50% this time of year and room temp at night is 66F.
