lol It is very difficult to find information on what the test results mean. I have tried to Google my results but they don’t have more than a AHI info.
Would like to get help on reading my results. Do I have sleep apnea and how severe is it? Thank you in advance for all your help Danica

RE: Understanding Test Results
anything above 30 ahi is considered as severe, and yours gets significantly worse when you sleep on your back. (ahi supine 65 vs non supine 32). and you experience barely any central apneas (central ahi 1.86). A doc would most likely see severe OSA.
you also have quite significant o2 desats, with 31%(!) of the test time spent under 88%. quite common for severe OSA in my non medical opinion. an apap machine would probably do a lot of good. but try to avoid sleeping on your back in the meantime if at all possible.

RE: Understanding Test Results
Great catch there by Narcil. You spent 132 minutes below 88% SPO2. Medicare supplies supplemental oxygen to people who spent a cumulative 5 minutes or more below 88%. You qualify for supplemental oxygen by leaps and bounds according to this data.
