Using a travel CPAP
i recently purchased a Z1 travel cpap and will be taking it on an overseas trip next week. When I received it, the pressure was not correct. I believe it was set at 12, and I know my doctor had faxed the instructions that I use 16. I was able to find a topic here that gave instructions for changing the setting - big thank you! But I tried to use it the other day and found that the pressure was way too strong. Both ears hurt and the pressure was blowing leaks all over my mask. It makes me wonder if the smaller opening in the travel machine requires a lower pressure than a full sized machine? I’ve just reset it to 12 and it feels much more like I’m used to. Has anyone else encountered this?
