airtouch smell?
Does the airtouch memory foam cushion have a chemical smell like some new memory foam items?

RE: airtouch smell?
I haven't noticed it when I tried mine. I'm pretty sure I'd remember that if it did. My COPD makes things like that "memorable".

RE: airtouch smell?
Are you able to identify why the AirFit hurts?
If it is the AirFit F20, it also hurts me -- due to the cushion having a small rigid portion of sidewall that sits on either side of the nose. If this is also the source of your pain, the AirFit F10 does not have that rigid section and may be a better choice for you. edit: If the pain is on the bridge of your nose, you might want to try the F&P Simplus. That is the FFM that I use. Although there is a plastic frame at the forehead, it does not actually touch your skin. The design of the cushion has a telescoping feature at the bridge of the nose. I cannot even feel any pressure there (and the bridge of my nose is very sensitive).

No smell from mine. I have been using them for about 8 months.

RE: airtouch smell?
I've been using AirTouch since September last year. No smell. I hated the AirFit and all other masks with silicone inserts. I have to tighten my mask fairly tight to avoid leaks, and those masks would rub skin off my face and nose and leave red marks. The AirTouch doesn't.
