RE: ViHealth(2.65.0) App for Viatom/Wellue Oximeters Prevents Binary File Creation
Hi ak99! -
This thread is just over a year old, and the ViHealth app has gone through several versions since then. You can disregard the reason that necessitated the creation of this thread. Once again, ViHealth creates a binary file, albeit with the device name prefixed to the date/time name.

RE: ViHealth(2.65.0) App for Viatom/Wellue Oximeters Prevents Binary File Creation
iOS version 2.30.26 seems to have the same bug. Inability to create binary (no option).
I have a wellue WearO2.
I can’t get O2 Insight Pro 1.8.0 (Windows version) to find the WearO2.
(There is no option I found to select a device. It just says not detected. I tried USB cable, paired with PC, and not paired with PC, but BT on).
I really want to use this with OSCAR.

I had to look that model up. It isn't a recording oximeter, so there isn't any data file. For the information provided, it only provides data in real time.
Sorry!

Really! That sucks.
Are you sure?
Amazon ASIN (I wasn’t able to post a link).
B0B4W37Z54
I was told by the vendor it is the same as Oxylink, except it vibrates instead of audible alert when low O2 detected. And that it’s the same as the ring, except larger.
When I use it with VI Health it connects (Bluetooth, but not paired).
I can download data (actually it does it automatically) from up to four sessions that can be recorded (?) without the APP (iOS) running, or even the phone.
I assume it’s recording?

I have the same iOs app and I can create binarys to transfer to my MAC using SleepU. And send reports with my Checkme BP2.
It looks like it may record but only uses the ViHealth app on your phone, it;s not very clear.
That particular model is not listed as compatible with
OSCAR:

If you figure out how to do it let us know so we can add it to the wiki.

I Notice that all the heart rate/oximeter data gets into Apple Health.
I can export export.xml and export_cda.xml
Can the Apple Health data be read by OSCAR?
RE: ViHealth(2.65.0) App for Viatom/Wellue Oximeters Prevents Binary File Creation
I stand corrected! The specs do claim to store data.
Quote:RECORDED PARAMETERS: Oxygen level, Pulse Rate, motion
BUILT-IN MEMORY: 4 Sessions, up to 10 hours for each
Since it only uses an Android or iOS app, its data would appear to be in a different format from the SleepU, O2Ring, and the Checkme. There is no mention of having its access via a PC.
Since it says it stores data, I would look through the phone's directories for a dedicated directory. It may be storing the data using an SQL database structure.
Currently, the oximeter's XML file is not recognized.

RicksterNewbie,
You can try the instructions listed in this wiki:
http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...rt#iOS_App
It requires a third party app (free), but you may be able to find the SQL database in the backup for your model Oximeter. Then try the SQL code to extract the binary's. it might work but is untested for your model.
