Waking up and unable to breathe easily

Waking up and unable to breathe easily
I have been waking up randomly after few hours and then I cannot fall asleep as I feel like I cannot breathe easily in my Nasal Mask. It's like my nose is clogged and not enough air is coming in/out. I had one perfect night on CPAP but afterwards (without changes) it seems to always have an issue. I have a few screenshots below. The first is the "perfect night".

I use to have the same problem . I use fluticasone propionate. It’s a nasal steroid spray I get it from amazon. It’s the same thing as Flonase.  I do one spray in each nostril about an hr before bed and it works like a charm.  It’s takes a 3 or 4 days before it works 100% so be patient and stick with it.
It’s also safe to use nightly. I have been using it for about 4 yrs now with no problems.
Good luck and keep us posted with your results.   Just look on Amazon ,  5 little spray bottles for under $30 ( fluticasone propionate)

Sorry you are having so much discomfort with congestion.  You might try lowering the humidifier a notch.  Sometimes too high of a setting can cause issues.

Do you normally experience congestion even without Cpap?  Try using a nasal rinse, not a neti pot, but the kind with a squeeze bottle.  You can buy this anywhere.  It usually has a saline packet you add to distilled water.

Also, you can try an over the counter nasal spray, like Flonase. If these measures don't help, talk to your doctor for advice.

You charts look good.
