Weight loss
I have lost a quite a bit of weight. Is there a way of knowing if I still need therapy by looking at oscar? Or would I need a new sleep study? I use an auto cpap and wondering if it could be making me worse.

RE: Weight loss
What AHI readings do you see?
Post a daily chart from OSCAR. We will be happy to take a look, but I think the only way to know for sure is to have a sleep study done. Congrats on the weight loss, it's not easy to achieve.

RE: Weight loss
With setting changes we may be able to prove that you still need CPAP therapy.
We cannot prove you don't need it, only that you are "well treated" at the settings we try. To prove you don't need CPAP would need to take a diagnostic sleep test.

RE: Weight loss
The expert LeftyLanky27 said on a video it's very rare for anyone to ever get off therapy even with weight loss. That said, a new polysomnogram is the only real way to know.
