Weird AHI Reading

Weird AHI Reading
I went to bed about 1 hour ago and was not able to get to sleep due to a stuffed nose.  I tried to get to sleep but after 40 minutes I got up and looked at the Autosense 10 reading and it showed an AHI reading of 36.1.  Historically my AHI reading range from .5 to 3.0.  I use a Mirage FX nasal pillow and have never had a problem in the past.
Any guess as to what might be happening.

It is pollen season in Texas and I did a lot of weed wacking on the ranch today.  I have been following the Covid-19 recommendations but this AHI reading has me totally puzzles me.

RE: Weird AHI Reading
An AHI reading while you're not properly asleep is pretty meaningless. Your waking breathing pattern is very different from the sleep breathing pattern and often includes long pauses which the machine will interpret as an apnea. So while that AHI looks pretty bad, you can safely ignore it.
