What are the Best Sleep Positions for fewer disturbances

What are the Best Sleep Positions for fewer disturbances
In your experience and with what you've heard, which positions are usually the best to sleep in? I'm currently sleeping on my back at a 40-degree incline, or sleeping on my right side. I've just realized that a chin-tuck in both positions probably contribute to more disturbances.

i believe the left shoulder side is considered 1A. Either side, or stomach seem to be acceptable, with flat on your back frowned upon in most cases.

This really depends on the patient. Statistically, the back is the worst, then the right side, then left, but some patients will have less events on their backs. Incline has been shown to help. That's about all I know in this regard.

I'm sleeping left side, normally using the power tilt on my hospital bed to get a small incline.

Besides currently untreated complex Apnea, I've got a very bad back and GERD to deal with.
