What do these numbers mean?
Hello everyone!
I'm in the midst of experimenting with my pressures and I was wondering if someone could tell me what these numbers mean in the chart I have attached. I'm trying to accurately track my sleep session times so I can see if they are getting longer as treatment goes on. I think they mean:
Sessions: min/median/max, (Session numbers?)
Length: min/median/max, (what's the difference between length and longest)
Longest: min/median/max,
But I'm confused on the difference between length and longest. They seem to mean the same thing, but they have different values, so I'm not sure. I'm not worried about my AHI number anymore, and one of the last things I think I can improve upon is actually sleeping through the night. I was wondering what value would be the most helpful to record. Off the top of my head, I would think number of sessions (as that would indicate how many times I'm waking up in the middle of the night), and the duration of those sessions. An average would be helpful, but I'm not seeing how to access the average. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you and have a nice day.
