What is this pattern?

What is this pattern?
95% of my ahi comes with this pattern. I sudden spike with a pause (no respiration). Then normal breathing. It seams I don't wake up. My sleep study showed only OA. I have been on cpap for 3 months.
I am using EPR (3cm)
Low / High pressure are the same pattern.
It happens 3-4 times/ hours. But in Rem sleep it doesn't.

The CAs are probably caused by CO2 washout. This can be caused because your body is not accustomed to a lower CO2 saturation. Some will adapt to it over time, others will not.

If they are not more than 20 seconds, I would not worry.
