Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset time
Hello,

Should my Resmed Airsense 10 time be set to local 12hr, 24hr, or UTC time?

Thank you!

RE: Resmed Airsense 10 Autoset time
Hi Mr. S ! - Welcome
The Resmed A10 series uses a 24-hour clock setting and is set to the user's local time. A Resmed's day is from noon to noon. If for some reason you need to set the time back, it will not allow a time/date that contains data for that time period. You will need it to wait for the CPAP's cross over the day change if it is an hour adjustment. For a major change, this requires to reset all the data.

If using the SD card for detailed data collection, it is very wise to make a backup copy to your PC in a dedicated directory. SD cards can and do go bad in a heartbeat.

Good luck!

If your modem is working, it will set the time to the local time. Otherwise, you can choose if it is more convenient to use local or UTC time. It might be awkward if your sleep time includes noon.

After years of using the A10 series, this is the first time to hear this. Evidently, mine is not working. Please provide the documentation describing this.

Thanks in advance,
