When is your machine paid for?
Hi everyone
Probably been discussed before, but how long before you can sell your machine that you got through insurance? Thanks

Agreed, typical is 13 month, handled as rent to own or some similar odd fashion.

Apria DME - United Healthcare Medicare Advantage PPO = 10 months. Check with your medical insurance.

You have to confirm with your insurance company. Some members were shocked to find out that they NEVER owned their machine. It was always a rental. In other cases, the insurance company actually owned the machine!

Thank you for this question. I've often wondered about it myself. I fear my insurance may treat my machine as a rental. I'll have to call to see.
Does anyone else have problems with the nag messages (cellphone calls) when you fail to meet your goals (and compliance)? lol, that's one of the main reasons I hope I will actually own my machine so I can be done with those calls

You can decline to receive those calls. compliance is basically over, once you satisfy 21 of 30 days with greater than 4 hours of use.
