Hi Walla Walla,

Much better.
I slept for close to 5 hrs, and was then woken up due to a blocked nose.
(This causes me to open my mouth which defeats the object)
The exhaling is much better........don't know if it can still be improved though as I still feel it being a problem in terms of resistance.

That's about that can be done for relief. In fact you probably need to increase the minimum pressure back to 7cm. If you had a Air Curve 10 VAUTO there would be more options to explore. For example you could increase the pressure support to help make it easier to exhale. Also it allows to adjust the breathing pattern to fit your needs. The EPR on a Air Sense 10 is the same as pressure support but your limited to 3cm. Greater pressure support also helps treat flow limitation and hypopnea both of which you have.
