The duct tape reference had nothing to do with recommending mouth taping.
Watch Red Green sometime if you get the chance. There is very little broken on the planet from which the fix can't involve duct tape. Or only duct tape. Or even just for decorative purposes.
Same for Dremel tools. Noting more expensive than a Dremel tool in the hands of a tinkerer.
