Would love some feedback on OSCAR data
Hi, I would love some help interpreting my OSCAR data.
I have yet to feel any benefits from CPAP so I'm wondering what the data can tell me.
Based on my flow wave forms, do I have a flow limitation?

Day 1:

Day 2 (on slightly higher pressure):

Some info about me..
Male age 28
Height: 5'6''
Weight: 135lb

Many thanks!

That's really clean data. What did your sleep study say?

Hey, my sleep studies are linked below

2018 Initial:

2018 Titration:

2023 Initial:

(Surprisingly good numbers here, as I remember sleeping way better on that day than I usually do, although I was still tired)

2023 Titration:

I saw some diagrams which seemed to imply that my respiratory patterns are abnormal:

https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/images/ ... 148d1f.jpg

When I'm awake, my respiratory wave forms resemble the Class 1, but after I fall asleep it resembles Class 5, and according to the chart the interpretation is "intensive phasic muscle activity at midinspiration".

My wave patterns when asleep seem to look like Class 6 as well, and the chart says "Marked tracheal traction support during lung inflation". But I'm not sure what any of that means.
Should I be concerned about this?
