I'm really amazed that things just keep getting better. My AHI index went from 12.9 to 6.6 to 5.5 to 2.3 to 1.3 to 1.1 to .55 last night. I guess this is meant as encouragement to folks trying to find the right setting--small tweaks do indeed make for large improvements! So happy I bought the new ResMed Vauto and retired my old Respironics with 35000 hours on it.

There really is a diffeence, and changing out the utilitarian Respironics with, what is probably the best bilevel available, is a huge difference. I think from here, your therapy should be uneventful. Welcome to the other side.
