For each mask that I own, I also make it a point to read carefully and save for future reference the accompanying installation instructions. Wonder how many people actually read and review those instructions.

RE: Adjusting to CPAP: Night 3
While at full pressure of 19cm (temporarily set Ramp to 0 minutes) and mask on, tilt your head at least 45 degrees to either side, with one hand on corresponding side of face. Thereafter, also try lowering and raising your head. I've found it a good way to identify leaks, was suggested by my DME clinician when she fit me for the Wisp nasal mask.
For each mask that I own, I also make it a point to read carefully and save for future reference the accompanying installation instructions. Wonder how many people actually read and review those instructions.

It says it's a Philips Respironics, REMstar Plus, C-Flex. I am not really up on PR machines but the model niumber is a 3 digit number precided by a letter. I do not remember what the letter is but the number would be like 450, 460, 560 etc. It is that number that I am curious about. Best Regards, PaytonA
