Annabelle! Those results are WAY better. You're not having the extreme fast breathing and wonky stuff, What you're having is just normal REM.
Seems my hunch was correct, this breathing tends to happen more often when on the back.
I only tend to have this issue when I sleep with an f20 mask lately which is odd because I went like a year with that mask and it was fine. I'm trying to sleep on my side now with another mask and haven't had the issue.

Haha really, that's great! I'd have had no clue so thanks for looking. Actually, I forgot to mention that I've started remembering my dreams again over the past week. I guess that checks out with the normal REM cycle!
That's weird, is the other mask you're now using a full-face one too?

Just a note here. About dreaming. Generally, researchers suggest that remembering dreams has a lot to do with how soon you wake up after having the dream. If you wake up more than 5 minutes after the dream state is over, typically you don't remember even dreaming. It is quite common to get to an awakened state immediately after the dream. In that case, you remember many details.

OSCAR pressure settings help!
Hi there,
I bought an APAP (long waiting times UK) for suspected UARS and have been using it for about 2.5 months now and haven't felt a huge change. I was wondering whether anyone could take a look and see if my pressure settings seem optimal for me? Or if I should just keep going as I am. Thank you for any help with this

So far, the therapy settings seem a-ok. Last chart showed that you bumped the upper limit (10) a lot, but since you suggest UARS and there is no evidence you are having great troubles at the times when you are bumping the limits, I would not increase the pressures. Neither would I increase or reduce the minimum pressure. I would start your ramp at incrementally higher values like 5.6 or 6.0 as time goes on and place the EPR on Full Time.

p.s. comparing the last post to the one on Jan 25, you'll see that bumping occurred in that night as well, but it was at a higher pressure. lowering pressures did not seem to hurt your overall results, and as modest indicated, breathing overall looks much better.
