RE: need help with my Oscar chart
1st, please upload an OSCAR chart exactly as described in the link in post #6 that I provided above.  That will give us more information to look at (by collapsing your calendar and providing the main charts that we want to see).

2nd - do you mind looking at the setting in your machine and letting us know if you are using a softpap level.  And if so, which level of softpap are you using?

3.  Could you please look into your settings and find out how your "trigger" is set.  This could help as well.

RE: need help with my Oscar chart
wtf, I got my pressure up to 10 and ear 1 and everything spiked 122 flagged events, ahi spiked, it means that cpap worsens my problems and not otherwise, does it mean I have epigiolittis collapse? what should I do????

Not a problem.  Just reverse the change that you just made because it made things worse.  That can happen in experimenting for optimization.

Most likely you don't have epiglottis collapse.

The SoftPap settings on your machine should help decrease your disturbances.  You haven't tried these yet.

It seems like my large leak rate doubled, i think it is the reason for the worsening and not otherwise

It looks like when you increased the pressure, it pushed your mask leaks through the roof.

1.  Figure out some way to stop the mask leaks so that you can increase the pressure and get better therapy.  I hope you read through the "Mask Primer" link I posted.  I have successfully used mask liners as well.  Our "Supplier's List" link at the top of the page has links to even custom made mask liners for a particular mask.

2.  I have about 5 masks.  Took me a couple of tries and tons of research to find acceptable ones for me (ventilator with high pressures).

You are early in the game.

hey, I think that I have a lot of expiratory flow limitations, Is there a way to create a custom flagging for them?

I don't think so.  The flow limitations are only flagged on the inhalation.
