I don't see anything in these results that suggest CSR or a neurological issue. First, you need a minimum pressure of at least 8.0 rather than 4.0, and change Autoset response to Standard rather than Soft. Your apnea are highly clustered, and this suggests chin-tucking or similar airway obstruction resulting from a curve in the cervical spine. It's relatively easy to fix.

RE: Hello I think I have Cheyne-Stokes breathing
but wouldnt chin tucking result in obstructed apneas not central/open airway apneas?
i tried oscar but sleephq is a lot easier for me to understand. ill try working more with oscar.
RE: Hello I think I have Cheyne-Stokes breathing
More than 60% of your apnea are obstructive and the information you have posted does not give us sufficient information to really sort out the CA vs OA events. If you look ate the links I posted above you will see many people experience events recorded as CA with positional apnea, usually mixed in with the obstructive clusters. This happens because the airway is not fully obstructed and the airway is actually not closed, but obstructed by a cervical curve. Increase your pressure, revise your settings a bit, be aware of the potential for chin-tucking and let's see where that goes. Hopefully we will actually get to see this on an Oscar chart where we can sort it out a bit better.

RE: Hello I think I have Cheyne-Stokes breathing
i find sleephq to actually show as much as oscar but i cant give you access to it so all i can do is share the screenshots of the summary. Ill try getting some oscar data.
RE: Hello I think I have Cheyne-Stokes breathing
We're going to need to zoom into the flow rate wave-form to see any pattern of CSR. Most CSR has underlying health conditions, and if you actually think you have untreated CSR you should see your doctor for evaluation of left ventricular ejection fraction (heart failure) and to obtain a script for ASV if you can. For a variety of reasons, I will not use your SleepHQ data any more. There is a for-profit model that has a consultation fee arrangement attached to it, and we are not part of it.
RE: Hello I think I have Cheyne-Stokes breathing
i can understand that. im just using the 15 day free trial. looks like most stuff remains free.
RE: Hello I think I have Cheyne-Stokes breathing
is there a post that explains how to share the oscar data?
RE: Hello I think I have Cheyne-Stokes breathing
My signature contains links to tutorials for Organizing Your Oscar Data and Attaching Files. That should give you most information. If you have any problems, don't hesitate to ask.
RE: Hello I think I have Cheyne-Stokes breathing
i have it all organized do I just zoom in to a spot with a lot of problems and then post screenshots? Sorry for all the questions
