error message
Hello
I have a Philips Go CPAP that is giving me a 'Service Required 012220-00695' message when it turns on.
Any idea what this message mean or how to get it to go away?
Because right now it is not working and i really need it to work because i am traveling away from home, it has been working as normal no issues. It gets used about a week every month when traveling for work and has been fine for the past 1.5 years.
Thanks
RE: error message
The only thing I can suggest is to unplug the unit from its power source, wait a few minutes and plug back in.
Let us know if this worked.
Also, is your Cpap under a recall? Have you registered it?
RE: error message
it has been unplugged for almost 30 minutes and still gave me the error when i plugged it in. It looks like it will start up normally but the error pops up after about 5 seconds.
RE: error message
Does it still run ok even with the error message? Or does it shut down?
RE: error message
it does not run, also it does not shutdown. It just sits there on the error screen and you cannot get the error to close, or turn on.
RE: error message
Have you checked the power brick itself? Possibly it's gone bad?
Do you have another one to try?
Other than that, I just don't know.
RE: error message
It is a travel Philips Go, there is no power brick, the cord plugs strait into the back, there is not 'brick' on the cord. The unit appears to be betting power, it was working fine until the middle of the night when i got up to use the restroom and it didnt work after i turned it back on.
RE: error message
Recently I read about different errors similar to that.
One was the onboard backup battery died and needed to be replaced.
The other was the blower motor failed.
I don't have the error codes handy, sorry.
RE: error message
Code means you started to use this device on Jan22, 2020 and the device operating hours is 695.
It means nothing about the problem so you need to find the supplier.
