Ok great, keep us updated on your accessories and how they're helping. I've you have a collar to help with the Positional stuff, then it's time to edit machine settings as needed to get you the best therapy you can get.
Mask Primer

Positional Apnea

Attach OSCAR, etc.

Even though I don't have the collar yet I'm seeing an improvement just by getting rid of one of the two pillow that I have habitually used. I think this allows my airway to remain straighter.

it looks like I have a few instances of blocked airway just as I fall asleep but then the machine takes over and I'm fine.  Is that a reasonable assumption?
Just getting woken up by extreme dry mouth but one problem at a time.
