New Machine Issue

New Machine Issue
Hi. I am not new to sleep apnea, but I am new to the Res Med Airsense 11 ( previously had an Airsense 10). When I turn it on, it is sending air to my mask, but the sound of blowing air is extremely loud near the machine. Does anyone know what might be wrong? Hoping someone can help so I can use it tonight, as I already couldn’t use it last night! Thank you!  Thanks

That happens to me when the humidifier chamber is incorrectly installed. Take it out and slide it back in very carefully and straight. Make sure it goes all the way in.

Dear labrat, thank you, thank you, thank you! That was exactly what it was! I thought I had snapped the water chamber in good and tight, but apparently not. Looking forward to a good night’s sleep tonight, thanks to you!

Yay! Sleep well. The first time I heard the loud blowing sound I thought my AirSense is bricked, too. Luckily it was just the humidifier.
