Is the limit a daily one?

It's cumulative. You can see how much you're using and prune attachments by going to User Control Panel (top of page.)
Then on the left side under Miscellaneous, go to Manage Attachments.

You were limited to 512kB for attached images.
You can push an image to a photo sharing site like Imgur or Photobucket, then post inline between image tags.

Im not that techno unfortunately. And i am at work so don't have to much time to fiddle around with it. Is the limit a daily one?

okay i deleted the first one now ill see if i can attach the second one? I might add that this AHI is about the lowest I have had and very rarely occurs.
