Well, the symptoms are consistent with sleep apnea, but there is no way to tell without a sleep study or at least a CPAP machine.

If you live in or near a place with a high population density you should be able to find a machine on craigslist. Just be sure to understand what kind of machine you're buying and know how to check the run time. Although there's no telling how long a CPAP machine will last, five years is sort of the bench mark. That's roughly 15 000 hours of run time.

A thought...

Now a days with so many places checking for C-19 one of things they do is check blood oxygen levels.

You can get a device to check yours. If it's high, probably no worries. If it's low then you should find out why.

It's a lot cheaper than buying a machine Smile

I bought my last cpap machine used and it was a bargain. However, with hindsight if I had known what to buy my treatment would have been a lot better and I would have felt much better.

I'm just a cpap user like you. I don't give medical advice. Seek the advice of a physician before seeking treatment for medical conditions including sleep apnea. Sleep-well

Surprisingly simple, to treat Apnea you buy a CPAP and use it. If you don't place action to the suggestions, there's no surprise then that it won't change a thing. Until you add action it's the same ole situation.
