Below is a Resmed model comparison excerpt.  Please disregard the obsolete S9 VPAP COPD.  I don't know why they still include it, other as a frame of reference.

Oh nice, thanks for posting that infographic! I didn't realize the wide variety of breathing devices on the market. Makes senses with the wide variety of issues people can have. Sounds like my doctor is really recommending a new machine, with how strained communication has felt it seems that I might have better luck if I can get a sleep dr who isn't booking appts 3 months out.

In the mean time I will post some Oscar logs here later on to see if the forum has any suggestions for me with my current device until I can get a different machine in my life.

Thank you guys for responding to people on here it is a great resource... will post oscar logs later today after my sleep endoscopy this afternoon.

Here are some screenshots from current setup w/ Oscar. I am using the settings originally suggested in this thread.

Struggling to wear the mask more than 30-60 mins at a night now I wake up freaking out regardless of AHI numbers. Am supposed to schedule Inspire procedure here in 4 weeks. At this point I am open to any suggestions if there are any as surgery is always the last option in my mind.

Thanks
