o2 drops but Oscar look ok

o2 drops but Oscar look ok
I am trying to make sure my CPAP is as dialed in as possible.  The Oscar numbers look good to me, but I am still getting o2 drops as low as 91% at night while the drops per hour numbers look good, I am staying lower for a longer period of time.  Which may be related to my slightly high RBC bloodwork per my doc.  Considering my bloodwork I need to make sure I am keeping my o2 higher than it is right now at night if at all possible.

I am leaning towards increasing my pressure from 10 to 10.5 and see if my o2 drops even out or at least don’t go down as far.

no change on a slight pressure increase.  here is a consolidated view with the o2 information combined.
