r4robin - Therapy Thread (Help with BiLevel settings-post #5)

RE: r4robin - Therapy Thread (Help with BiLevel settings-post #5)
APAP felt similar to BiLevel in terms how refreshed I felt in the morning (which is basically not refreshed at all).

Also sorry I forgot to clarify, I was referring to trigger sensitivity.

My trigger sensitivity is high, and cycle sensitivity is medium.

This is random, but yesterday I decided to try a significantly higher pressure, EPAP 15, IPAP 20, PS 4 - and I had so many CA events, but weirdly this is the best I've felt waking up in a long time. So strange, I am not sure if this is because the CA caused a lack of deep sleep (and most of my events are during deep sleep), or if the added pressure was relieving flow limitation, but I did feel way better...

Any update on this? Interesting how the higher pressure seemed to help in some way.
