xPAP tuning tips for PB / CA
Hello folks,
Understood that an AVS / ST-A capable device would be best for treating periodic breathing / central apnea
Is there anything we can do with a standard APAP in the meantime to improve the number of PB stabilizations? Here we can see a stabilization but then as the pressure dials down the PB restarts with greater hyperventilation amplitude.
Would keeping the iPR on 3 and fixing the pressure to say 15.5 potentially be better than what we are running now?
