resmed 11 advanced setting?
I think my provider locked me out of being able to change settings myself, she wanted me to try with EPR off, and whne she went in remotely and turned it off, I think she took away my ablity to change the advanced settings......I used to be able to press the two icons on the screen at the same time, and it took me to a different menu, I lost that...can I turn that back on somehow, or do I need to call them? Troulbe is, I'm on vacation and my machine is not connected to the network.

I sure they can not lock the device.  You need to press BOTH lit buttons at the same time and hold then until the screen changes to clinician menu. (about 3 to 5 Seconds)
