returning APAP'er, help interpreting OSCAR please :)
Hello everyone,

I joined this great forum back in 2015, and since that time I’ve been a sporadic user of my AS10 autoset mainly due to not finding a mask i like.

Anyway, since picking up the new F40, I feel like I have finally found ‘the one’ it just works for me and I love it as much as someone can love CPAP gear..

I’ve attached a few screenshots from OSCAR over the last few nights (I had no idea what OSCAR was..last time I was here it was Sleepyhead.!?’)

Hoping someone a lot more knowledgeable than me can take a look and tell me what they think, if I should adjust anything etc. The large leaks before midnight-1am are when I'm awake and moving the mask around, or taking it off to go to the bathroom.

I’m waking up feeling great most days, so that’s all that really matters I know. But if it needs some fine tuning, I’m open to that as well!

Thankyou all so much Smile

(PS, I’m in Australia so apologies in advance if I don’t reply straightaway to any assistance, different time zones make it difficult)

Welcome Actually, Welcome Back!

I suggest that you move your start pressure back to 8.2.  Your median pressure is consistently 8.something, so you might as well start that way.

On your Oscar chart, remove the calendar.  That helps us see more information below.

I'm happy that you found a mask that works well for you!  That's so important.  Smile
Machine:  ResMed AirCurve 10 Vauto

Thankyou Deborah! I very much appreciate your input. I saw this just before I went to bed last night and upped my min pressure to 8.2 as you suggested and my AHI has dipped into the 0.4 range for the first time Smile

Ive attached the last three days with calendar removed (sorry about the first ones..) for reference. If there's anything else I should look at in terms of settings, I'm more than happy to take anyone's suggestions on board.

Thanks again!!
