[split] Dropped Machine
Hello...I'm new to this site. My machine is a C-Flex Remstar. It fell off the nightstand and is now showing an error code E-15. It is a month old. Help!

RE: [split] Dropped Machine
If it's only a month old it should be covered under warranty. Contact the equipment provider who sold it to you.

Meanwhile, have you tried leaving the machine unplugged for several minutes and then plugging it back in?

error code E-15 is a fatal error. Best to get it replaced under warranty.

RE: [split] Dropped Machine
Try to get a replacement that has A-Flex. Not sure what machine you got a month ago that is Remstar C-Flex. The current version is "Dreamstation". C-Flex suggests a single pressure machine, and it might be a brick, meaning no data. You want the CPAP Pro or the Auto to get full data.
