Apparently not. I couldn't find any reference to US sales. NZ and Germany and a few other countries.

If you go to their website and read up about their nasal pillow mask, they expect it to last 1 year.
I guess they are much more advanced than Resmed's technology which Resmed admits only lasts 15 days per set of pillows

They are made in Hamburg. Getting approval in other countries can be expensive.
Perhaps it is a market driven decision to not try to get approval in places like the US when PR an RM have such a large market share. Admin Note:

Could be, but I would guess that one of the biggest national markets for CPAPs would be the US and even a small part of that market would be big $$, especially if the fixed costs of R&D and production had already been covered by European sales. I guess the regulatory burden may be too great, or they may already be selling everything they can make. without big new capital expenditures. OMMOHY
