I think the next step if things to do not feel better is to increase your EPAP min to 7 and/or PS to 3.4. You could do either or both and try it for a night or two.

RE: 25 male, getting new machine, checking in
Try it another night and let’s see how it looks. The big arousals are likely from positional changes. The smaller ones look like minor arousal breaths.

Sounds good. Will try for another few nights and follow up with some more data. Really appreciate your help, thank you.

RE: 25 male, getting new machine, checking in
Used the new machine (AirCurve 11 Vauto) for the first time last night with the same settings. Results attached. Let me know if closeups would be helpful.
Still felt groggy today, unfortunately.

RE: 25 male, getting new machine, checking in
There were a few OA and H events, nothing extraordinary. Flow rate is a bit erratic. There are many possible causes for that, most not related to CPAP. Sleep hygiene is part of the equation as well.
I think just a wee bit more pressure should help. Try bumping up EPAPmin to 7. You are in the fine-tuning phase. It will take some time to get used to the recent changes, so give yourself time to adjust.

Thanks for your support, PeaceLove. Just made a donation to apneaboard in your name. Here are some screenshots from last night. Will make your suggested EPAP min bump tomorrow night and keep you posted with more data.

RE: 25 male, getting new machine, checking in
Feeling better once I made the pressure change up to min EPAP 7. Have had two nights on that. Here is the data on last night. Can also post closeups, if helpful.
Any further suggestions?

Adjustments to AirCurve 11, w/ OSCAR data
A few weeks ago, I got a new machine (Resmed AirCurve 11 VAuto) after 5 years on the AirCurve 10.
With the guidance of other forum members, I adjusted my pressure up to Min EPAP: 7 Max IPAP: 12 PS: 3 No ramp, trigger set to high, cycle set to medium. Now that I've had a couple of weeks at this pressure, I wanted to post some OSCAR screenshots and see if any further adjustments or tweaks are necessary. I'm feeling noticeably better than I used to on my AirCurve 10, which was set at a fixed Min EPAP 4, Max IPAP 7, PS 3. Thanks for any guidance, and let me know if further screenshots would be helpful. I'm posting a statistics overview of the last ~2 weeks, and individual data from the last two nights (one slightly higher AHI night, one lower).

Noted. Thanks for the help.
RE: tiredsam98's New AirCurve 11 Therapy Thread
I'm glad that your therapy is improving with the new machine and new settings. 2 things stand out to me in your charts though. 1. You still have a few major leaks. Take a look at this and see if anything here can help: Mask Primer
2. You still have some OA's. It looks like a few of them might even be "clusters" - grouped together. Here is another good read on positional apnea: In a nutshell, lowering pillow height, side sleeping vs. back sleeping, and possibly getting a soft cervical collar are some steps to follow (in this order) to see if your OA's decrease at the same pressure(s) that you are at now. And if the 3 things to try for positional apnea above don't work, then you can raise EPAP even more like PeaceLoveAndPizza has suggested.
