where can I get the download for Encore Basic

Can you please tell me where I can get the download for the Encore Basic. My computer died and I have to use another one and I can not get to the download to transfer it.

Hi Opal,

This link does not work for the Encore Basic. I have tried it on several different computers and several different internet browsers. Can you please provide the actual download link. I am running out of time and need to get my DOT physical in 2 days so I need to print out my logs. My old computer died and I need to reinstall on new computer.  I appreciate your help!

The link does work. Your problem is probably because most newer web browsers have enacted an "HTTPS" only rule. Try copying the link, and after pasting the address in your URL box, add an "S" to the "HTTP". It will work.

I went ahead and changed the download link from HTTP to HTTPS.  If that was the issue, this should solve it.  You may need to refresh the page to see the new link.

I did that and I am still getting this message.

Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I put the "s" after the http and that still got the above message. Any other suggestions? it does it on every browser and every computer I have.

It's working.  You must not be doing something correctly, or perhaps you're not clicking on the right link.

Please copy & paste the exact link you're using here in a post so we can check the actual link you're using..  I'll check it out, then edit your post later to remove the link.

Is your internet provider PO'd at you??? Seriously, do you have an antivirus or web protection program? If so, try turning it off. If you happen to be at work or using 3rd party access, the provider may have filters in place to prevent downloads. This is becoming more popular due to the ransomware outbreak.
