2 Night on CPAP! Need Advice
Hey Everyone,
it is my second night on CPAP and wanted to see if y'all could interpret some of my data. Last night I did momentarily take it off for a minute twice. Thanks in advance for all the help!!

Welcome to the board. Compare your flow limits chart and your pressure chart you can see every time your floor limits go up. Your pressure goes up.
When your pressure goes up, you have a harder time getting into deep sleep, and fact you might be waking up during those times. To help with flow limits, we raise the minimum to at least seven and we turn on the EPR to full-time and set the EPR to three Min 7 EPR FULL TIME EPR 3 These settings should help you sleep better. Try them for a couple days and post again your results
Apnea (80-100%) 10 seconds, Hypopnea (50-80%) 10 seconds, Flow Limits (0-50%) not timed Cervical Collar - Dealing w DME - Chart Organizing
