RE: 2 weeks on new ResMes ASV, need some opinions/ advice
I've been using this Checkme O2 Max Oximeter for 12 days now. It's connectivity thru wi-fi can be sporadic at times - but it's most likely operator error. There are 2 ways of viewing using 2 different apps - thru the phone & computer. I still haven't taken the time to overview it on OSCAR, and not sure it's actually possible - I view them separately.
Last night a short Apnea showed up on the OSCAR graph for 45 seconds, along with 11 hypopneas. I was using my cervical collar but occasionally found myself half on a back/side position which is probably why. Neither app showed a drop in O2 sat, and I'm not sure why. Is it the ASV or Oximeter that is off?
There is also quite a variability night to night (last 2 nights) with only a PS min. change from 2 to 3. What's your take on all of this??
Also, is there any way to differentiate OA from CA's on the OSCAR charts? I would like to know if I have CA's without using this ASV machine.

This is why it's important to use a cervical collar if you have positional sleep apnea. My AHI has been less than 1 80% of the time, with the AI at 0 almost 50% of the time. These charts are from last night with NO CERVICAL COLLAR.
