Way to go Zonk!
I too am a 3 year survivor on PAP.
Just switched from APAP to ASV, seems like an easy transition and my AHI stays below 3.

I have only had my machine a couple of weeks and use every night I still wake up in the middle of the night and feel terrible in the mornings. I had a few good nights but now seem to be heading back the way I was.

Don't feel bad. I'm fully compliment 11 days but I wake up exhausted from fighting leaks and itches etc
