Should I trust WatchPAT results?
After following the suggestions on my previous post, OSCAR flagged zero events. I did the Lofta WatchPAT home test, which said I had an average of 32.4 AHI per hour. Is it normal to have this rapid an improvement in the first week, or could my test have been wrong? It may not matter because I was still having RERA and Hypopnea events prior to last night, but I wasn't have any Obstructive events flagged since I started with the CPAP 7 days ago. Seeing the severity on my initial test results really concerned me and knowing others with sleep apnea who still struggle with treatment caused me a ton of anxiety. I am fully willing to accept that I should just accept my good fortune because I have many other unpleasant health issues, but I would love to hear any thoughts or feedback from you all here.

RE: Should I trust WatchPAT results?
Watchpat if performed without a CPAP, I would expect a very significant improvement with a CPAP/APAP literally overnight.
