I talked to a sleep doctor today and she seems to think if I moved it would get rid of all my centrals.

RE: AHI of 52.67 on APAP (Airsense 11)
I have observed many individuals with altitude related central apnea, and while they generally improve at lower elevation, it rarely fully resolves when at the levels in your history, and can have onset with CPAP therapy. Basically, if you use CPAP, you would likely continue to have CA events and determining your CAI without any therapy at lower elevation would require a low elevation test. I seriously doubt you would see the problem fully resolve with low elevation.
