APAP Titration Help for New User
Hi all - I started using therapy about 3 months ago and have since then been trying to sort out which mask works best for me while getting used to therapy overall and building data. Now that I have settled in with the P30i (along with mouth taping), I have built up some consistent data and would like your help figuring out where to go from here. I have read the "optimizing therapy" wiki page and it says to keep the minimum pressure 2 levels below your average. However, my average is usually in the low 5's and I have my range set on 5-20, so I'm not really sure what to change (if anything at all). I have attached a few charts and would appreciate any advice. I'm happy to drill in closer into any of the charts if helpful. Thank you!

I suggest raising your minimum pressure to 7.  5 is too low for most adults. This will probably improve your therapy and comfort. Everything else looks good. Smile
