RE: ASV Machine Pressure.
Ok, thanks!  I'm changing EPAP back to 9.  Do I need to do anything with PSMin?

Larry, you might need to see the results of reverting EPAP back first before other changes. But I'll defer to Sleeprider and others advice on this.

Let's leave the PS higher for now and see if the tidal volume benefits continue, and if it helps with the H events with the higher EPAP.

This is last night.  Very good!  Obviously raising EPAP helped!

Sleepyhead says EPAP min is 7.  That is wrong.  It is 9 according to the machine.

Looks very good Larry, and you didn't give up any of the tidal volume benefits from the increase in minimum PS. This looks very promising.

Sleepyhead gets confused the first night after a change if the change is made after midday it should show the right numbers tomorrow it’s clear from the graphs your epap min is 9

Your graphs look great well done.

Thanks!  I figured the problem was with Sleepyhead, as the machine said 9.  Now if I can just figure out what is wrong with the new mask!
