ASV Machine Pressure.

RE: ASV Machine Pressure.
Sounds good to me Larry. I think we found the ideal PS by trying both directions.

RE: ASV Machine Pressure.
Here is last night.  I changed PS min to 4.0 from 4.4.  I think I had mask problems and want to give it another night.

We have already concluded that your results vary and our objective is to find the best long-term comfort and rest for you. It seems your events occur randomly and may not be related to the settings.

This is last night.  I don't know why this is so high.  Before we started this last series of changes, my AHI was almost always below 1.  The only thing which has changed is EPAP.

After thinking about it for a while, I realized that another change is that I am no longer using a chin strap.  The chin strap didn't do much for my chin, but it did help a lot with my beard.  It helped stop leaks.  If I can remember to do it, I'll use it tonight after loosening my mask.

RE: ASV Machine Pressure.
I think we also tried a cervical collar in the past and you didn't tolerate it. The events here look kind of clustered, and I think it depends on what position you are in at the time whether you have more or fewer events. Very clearly, the event clusters correspond to leaks, which further suggest a positional aspect. I don't think setting changes will help.

Thank you.  The more I think about it, the more I agree,  If I can remember, I will definitely try to use the chin strap tonight and make no changes to the settings.

This is last night.  I used the chin strap and slightly loosened the mask, but it was still tight.
