Many users experience the ASVs blowing too much pressure just as one is transitioning to sleep (possibly was our breathing rate slows?) during the initial weeks of use. The best way to cope, if that happens, is to exhale forcefully into the mask. This helps rest the machine. We call this the "blowback method." After a time man and machine fall into sync. It is a very cool device (this one oddity notwithstanding). Best, Bill

You'll really like the therapy it will provide, after you're used to it of course. IMO it shouldn't take very long to do so. Best to ya that therapy goes great.

Glad to hear results are very good and you're comfortable so far. What settings did you decide to use?
