This is still your decision.  You do have a lower AHI, less flow limitations, most likely less arousals, etc. when you use it according to OSCAR.   It is helping in this regard.

Good morning guys, hope everything is going fine.

This is the data for the weekend: https://imgur.com/a/vebwZiy

How I feel:

I feel better than before for sure, still tend to wakeup at 3-4 am and I take the cpap off but I guess it's because I am still getting used to it. I am still mostly tired (but I think it might be because I don't get 8 hours of sleep yet), but I can function on my day to day and at least I am not getting as many headaches. They are mild. The only thing I have changed is the filter thing that sleep rider suggested.

What now? should I just keep going and see what happens over time?

Your results with the Vauto are very good, but the missing data is your SpO2. If you get one of the recording oximeters, that data will tell us whether low oxygen levels are the root cause of how you feel. I would advise you continue with the PAP therapy and once you have some oximetry we will see if your SpO2 is dropping in spite of good therapy.

Hi sleep rider,

This is the data for the weekend measured with my Apple Watch: https://imgur.com/a/ChupESq

It looks good I think? If we are still in doubt I can get perhaps another device? what do you think

If you could record it with your OSCAR charts that would tell how well you are sleeping at night.  I typical oximeter records every few seconds and plots that on a graph to read.  The graph for the night would need to be 8 hours long (or however long you sleep).

Here is a thread I found that shows how to integrate SPO2 into an OSCAR chart - click on and look at this particular OSCAR chart:    https://www.apneaboard.com/forums/Thread...#pid536614
