Same on diagnostic in process. To complete in 10 seconds. 

Did not complete so I un plugged machine. This cleared the message.
CPAP is a journey like “The Wizard of Oz”. It’s a long slow journey. You will face many problems and pick up many friends along the way. Just because you reach the poppies, it doesn’t mean you are in Kansas.

Unplugging the CPAP cleared the diagnostics error message. All is well except the uploads. I like seeing the scores and hope they get the system back up and running. I'll continue using CPAP, OSCAR, and this board.

Tom: MyAir occasionally asks a couple a questions regarding your CPAP experience. Depending on your answer, it then offers some help text and points you to some ResMed videos to deal with the issue you identified. Up to now, your Provider has not been seeing your responses to those survey questions. The recent over-the-air update is supposed to offer an "opt-in" for sending your survey responses to your Provider. I believe you will see the opt-in option when you are presented with the survey questions. Hope that helps.

Someone may have mentioned this already but ResMed, MyAir - not sure - but my DME (Durable Medical Equipment) provider told me today that ResMed has been having software issues the past 2 weeks so that data, like graph data, isn't being recorded to/downloaded to SD cards and didn't know when it would be fixed. I don't use MyAir but she said there's a message about it somewhere on the ResMed or MyAir website. She said all the data is being saved but they are having trouble downloading it.

Seems strange though since I assumed that the data was recorded to the SD card first then uploaded to MyAir from the SD card. Anyway, my graph data for the past few days is showing up now thought there are some days over the past 2 - 3 weeks that still do not show graph data.

My MyAir App has a message that "Therapy data is repopulating but may be delayed". I am on a Air 10 and my card is populating nicely. I only use MyAir as a curiosity reading of how my night went. For anything more, I use OSCAR.

MyAir's data is not dependent on an SD card. MyAir is only using summary data and not the detailed data on the card. I believe the AS11 can store up to 365 days of summary data internally.

There are no issues with data being recorded on SD cards. The issues are with the cell phone transmission of data.

My data uploaded this morning just after 2:00 and is current. I'm sure when the next upload happens, last night's data will be correct.
